Billing Policy

PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
By subscribing to our service, you agree and give us the right to charge your credit card
automatically on a monthly basis as long as your subscription period is active. You can cancel
your subscription anytime, without any additional charges by emailing grow@getfasta.com.
Your card details are never stored in our database. We do not have access to your full payment
information. Instead, they are secured safely with Authorize.net – our payment gateway.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By subscribing to the FASTA growth service, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do
not agree to this policy, please do not use our service. Your continued use of FASTA following
the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

REFUND POLICY
Please read this policy carefully. This is the REFUNDS POLICY at FASTA.
FASTA offers several non-tangible irrevocable goods that we DO NOT issue refunds once the
order is completed and we have begun to deliver service. You, as a customer are responsible for
understanding this upon subscribing for any services on www.getfasta.com.
It is important to note that by subscribing to our services you are fully agreeing to our REFUNDS
POLICY. You as a customer agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made in
accordance with your subscription and these policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel at any time prior to the end of your subscription period. No prorated refunds
are provided for cancellations made before the end of the subscription period.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle which equals
one month after you subscribed and made a payment to FASTA. Monthly subscriptions come
with no contracts, cancel anytime! To avoid auto-renewal, you MUST send in a cancellation
email at least three business days before your next billing date to grow@getfasta.com. No
exceptions are made.

MULTI-MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS
Any subscriptions over one month are considered binding contracts. Any subscriptions over one
month will auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle. To avoid auto-renewal, you MUST send in
a cancellation email three business days before your next billing date to grow@getfasta.com.
No exceptions are made.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you would like to cancel your FASTA subscription before the next billing date simply email
grow@getfasta.com AT LEAST THREE DAYS before the next renewal date with the following
information:
● Subject line: Please write the word ‘CANCEL’
● Body of the email: Please write your Linkedin account username

*Again, in order to avoid auto-renewal you MUST send in your cancellation email THREE
BUSINESS DAYS before your next billing date to the email address grow@getfasta.com.

FAILED CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If FASTA is unable to bill your credit card, we have the right to terminate service immediately.
Our payment gateway Authorize.net will retry your card periodically for 7 days after if fails. If it
is not successful at the end of the 7 day cycle, your account will be cancelled. Subscriptions that
have been terminated may be reactivated if valid payment information is entered and we can
successfully charge the card for all debits made on the account since the failed charge.
